markets , and auctions seeking elegant and funky platters,
vintage linens, china and Bakelite pieces to personalize their
unique table designs.  This catering company is the rich
combination of two creative talents, Chef/Owner Jocelyn
Wise and Executive Chef Jeff Stevens.  Miss Fork
studied at Le Cordon Bleu and privately in Venice and
Bologna, Italy.  Since graduating from Johnson and Wales
University, Chef Jeff has cooked in the kitchens of The
Country Club in Brookline, Aura Restaurant at Boston's
Seaport Hotel, and the Harvard Faculty Club.  Together
their concept of the great catering company inspires
imaginative cuisine and personalized menus for corporate
and private clientele.

Specializing in French, Italian and Mediterranean Foods,
Balsamic Glazed Springrolls with Shallots and Candied
Kumquats, Turbot Lasagna with Smoked Shrimp and
Asiago Bechamel, and Red Zinfandel Marinated Lamb
Shanks with Minted Blood Orange Couscous highlight
their seasonal offerings.  They favor organic meats, poultry,
and local produce and only the freshest fish and seafood.
